It is the duty of all concerned with the Associates to emphasize the proper ideals of sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play. Athletes, coaches, managers and parents are expected to respect the integrity and judgment of officials, to show courtesy to visiting teams, and to recognize that the purpose of the game is to promote the physical, mental, moral, social, and emotional well-being of the athletes.

The Associates members (including participants, their parents, coaches and managers) represent the Associates and are the Associates ambassadors at each event. As such, they are to adhere to the rules and responsibilities.
