- Members are to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike
manner, emphasizing the proper ideals of sportsmanship, ethical
conduct, and fair play, both on and off the field of the event
while they are representing the Associates.Members are to refrain
from the use of profanity or “trash” talking while
at an Associates function.
- Members will show courtesy to the officials,
coaches and managers and will not direct abusive or profane language
to them or undermine their authority. Members are expected to
respect and listen to their coaches, managers and parents supporting
the Associates at all times.
- Each player is expected to attend all practice
sessions and games. If unable to attend, they are to contact their
respective coach(es) ahead of time (24 hours). If this is not
complied with, it is the discretion of the coach and/or manager
to enforce predetermined penalties. Unjustified absences or missed
practices may result in the player’s inability to play in
games. This could ultimately result in a forfeiture of a game
that will affect the other players.
- As a team, members are to monitor each other
and are expected to keep in line fellow team members who are not
representing the Associates in the proper manner.
- Members are to keep a positive outlook about
the Associates program. Any criticism will be directed to the
team manager, the Division Commissioner or a member of the Associates
Steering Committee.
